The launch of the following books took place on 5 November 2009:
- Agni Menelaou ‘Travel the Universe’
- Glafkos Georghiades ‘The Passage of Time'
- Athina Koliou ‘When the past awakens’
More than 200 friends joined, many of whom have requested to become members of the cultural centre.

The Pancyprian Cultural Association invites you to a Book presentation which will be held on the 5th November 2009 at 8.00 pm at the Laiki Bank Cultural Centre in Nicosia (Bouboulinas).
The following books will be presented:
- Agne Menelaou ‘Travel the Universe’
- Glafkos Georghiades ‘The Passage of Time'
- Athena Koliou ‘When the past awakens’
The books will be presented by Ms Aikaterini Andrestinou, Ms Chloe Païkou and Dr. Maria Michaelidou.

The Pancyprian Cultural Association ended this year’s first period of the book presentation on the 10th June 2009 at the Laiki Bank Cultural Centre in Nicosia (Bouboulinas).
At the event, the presentation was made of four recent literary publications, works by Aliki Michaelidou, Maroula Tzouva-Païkou, Anna Michaeloudi and Theodora Galati.
The publications were presented by Aleca Gravari Preka, Elina Hadzidemetri, Dr. Georgios Kitromilides and Agne Charalambous.
Then followed the authors’ response, a ballet excerpt and an impressive musical presentation by Eleonora Christodoulou, the granddaughter of author Maroulla Tzouva-Païkkou.
At the next scheduled event on Thursday 5 November 2009, the presentation of the book The Passage of Time will be made by philologist Scholar Ms Chloe Païkou, Counselor at the Middlesex University in Cyprus and Dr Georgios Kitromilides, President of the Pancyprian Cultural Association.
